In 1993 our family in Molise, Italy began what became our family's passion - hunting and preserving tartufi. The mountains and woodlands of our Italian soil is what is unique and special about our family-run business. Molise makes up more than 40% of the national production of truffles thanks to our woodlands at the base of the Matese. Our family dogs are professionally trained to safely hunt these natural jewels for your kitchen.  We carefully and methodically cultivate these Italian truffles from our own land and laboratory so that professional and everyday chefs, foodies and families can enjoy this Italian delicacy with those around their kitchen table.

 

From Molise, we serve Canada a beautifully rich range of fresh black and white truffles as well as persevered truffles. Our preserved brands, Tesori del Matese and Truffle Brothers, include white or black truffle oil, truffle salt, truffled honey, and truffle sauce. Our new products include frozen whole porcini mushrooms and porcini pieces. We proudly supply the best restaurants and fine food stores across Canada.

We are located in Toronto and we currently provide our quality Italian truffle products to restaurants, chefs, caterers, and foodies across Canada.
